Ordering from Abzu Emporium

Our website is available for ordering 24 x 7.  In addition, we also take telephone orders. To order via telephone, please call us at (512) 559-5555 Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm CST.  You may also send us an email via our contact page with your telephone number and we will call you.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders. The system will provide you with a mailing address with the confirmation of your order. If payment is by check, the merchandise will not be shipped until the check clears.

Please note that we use paypal for all financial transactions. We do not collect or store any of your financial information on our site.

US Orders - Shipping & Taxes

We ship via USPS first class and priority mail. Our shipping costs are based on weight. Most jewelery pieces will ship first class for around $3.00. When ordering quantities of bath products, it will be most economical to ship these USPS Priority Mail flat rate. Please note that both USPS first class and Priority Mail delivery times are estimates and can vary due to time of the year and other conditions beyond our control. If you absolutely need to have your order by a guaranteed date, please contact us via email to arrange for Express Mail shipping. 

International Orders - Shipping

We ship international orders via USPS Global Priority Mail based on weight. Please note that customs may hold up any package for any reason and we are not responsible for any delays and therefore, cannot guarantee delivery dates. Abzu Emporium is not responsible for any Customs/VAT charges or similar.

Taxes

We charge sales tax of 8.025% for all orders from Texas.

Returns & Replacements - Jewelry

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason , we request that you send back the product (with a return order number from us) at your expense.  To qualify for return, you must email us for a return number within five (5) business days of reciept of the order. All items must be returned with the original packaging within 5 business days of receipt of return authorization. Jewelry items must be returned in original unworn condition. We do not refund shipping fees.  Jewelry items can be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.  Bath and aromatic products can be returned for a store credit or exchange.  We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items.

Warranty

Abzu Designs offers a 90 day warranty on the materials and workmanship of the jewelry. If your piece breaks during the course of normal wear, we will repair it. In order to qualify for repair, please email us with a description of the item and the defect. We will send you a return authorization number for you to use when you mail your piece back to us. In the event that we are not able to repair your jewelry to it's original specification (e.g., a toggle on your bracelet broke and we have no more toggles in that style) - we will offer you a replacement of comparable quality and value. If that is not acceptable, we will issue you a store credit for the full price of the item, including shipping.
